yureka LLC ("us", "we", “yureka”, or "our") operates http://www.yurekabooks.com (the "Site"). This page informs you ("you, "your", "user", or "member") of our policies regarding our return and refund policies for users of the Site.

 

SECTION 1 – CHANGES

 

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time and for any reason, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

 

 

SECTION 2 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

 

yureka LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ITS SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS. THEREFORE, IT DOES NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT.

By subscribing to our service, you accept and agree that you are bound by the policies in this document and that you therefore cannot return or exchange ANY items received in yureka LLC’s subscription products.

 

 

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING LIABILITY

 

yureka is not responsible for any damages as a result of the shipping process. By using the Service, you agree to accept the items in the subscription on an “as-is” basis. yureka will make reasonable attempts to provide that the items in its subscriptions are not damaged during the shipping process.

By using the Service, you agree to the terms in this document and therefore agree and accept that once the any and all products have left yureka’s premises, yureka is no longer responsible for the condition in which they arrive at your residence or place of shipment.

yureka is not responsible for any lost shipment, as it does not handle shipping itself. yureka may choose, but is not obligated, to issue a new subscription/item to make up for that which was lost in the shipping process. In the likelihood of such an event, yureka cannot guarantee that the new subscription/item will be identical to or in the same condition of the one originally ordered, although it will attempt to do so.

yureka reserves the right to ship any such items in a subsequent subscription shipment, due to the increased cost of shipping.

yureka reserves the right to charge an additional fee of up to $30 to reissue the order.

 

 

SECTION 4 – FORUM

 

While yureka does not accept returns or exchanges, we do provide a forum for our users to interact. You may use this forum to exchange the contents of your subscriptions with other users. However, if you choose to do so, you agree to the following:

You enter into any exchanges with other users at your own risk. yureka is not responsible for any loss of property, damages, or other conflicts in such exchanges.

You agree to cover any cost associated with such exchanges. yureka is not responsible for any cost associated with such exchanges.

You may not use the forum as a platform to harass, discriminate against, stalk, or otherwise harm another user for any reason, including on the basis of gender, age, nationality, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion or other demographic. We reserve the right to ban a user from the forum if such activity occurs, without notice and without reinstatement.

You may not use the information shared with you by another member or user of the Site to stalk, kidnap, harass, discriminate against, or otherwise engage in illegal or immoral behavior. yureka is not liable or responsible for any such activity that may occur. You agree that yureka will share any relevant information with all law enforcement agencies in the result that such activity may arise. We reserve the right to ban a user from the forum if such activity occurs, without notice and without reinstatement.

You may not share any information shared with you by another user or member with another person, without that person’s express, written permission.

You agree to not hold yureka LLC responsible or liable in any manner for sharing your Personal Information or location or other identifying data with another member or user of our Site. You do so at your own risk. yureka is not responsible for any actions as a result of sharing such information. You agree that yureka LLC is not responsible or liable in the event that another user shares your information.

yureka provides the forum on an “as-is” or “as-available” basis. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to update or otherwise change the forum as we see fit, at any time, and for any reason. This includes removing the forum entirely.

Our providing the forum does not constitute an obligation on your part to enter into an exchange with another user. You are free to enter into or not enter into an exchange at any time. The forum is simply a way of facilitating the interaction of our users.

We reserve the right to prohibit a user from entering into future exchanges on the basis of a violation of the Terms of Service agreement, Privacy Policy, this Return Policy, illegal activity, defamatory conduct, or other immoral or questionable behavior. This is in the effort of preserving our brand image.

Currently, yureka uses a third-party to provide our users with a forum. We may change third-party providers or terminate such agreements at any time and for any reason. We are not obligated to provide you with notice that such parties have changed, or that such agreements have been terminated.

We are not responsible for the actions and policies, including the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, of third-parties. Thus, we advise that you periodically read such policies of third-parties. We are not liable for any damages or actions as a result of a third-party.
